At CompuWorld, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the conditions outlined below.

2. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with the seal unbroken.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Non-returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Items that have been opened or the seal is broken.
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

5. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@compuworld.me to request a return authorization.
  2. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Pack the item securely and include the return authorization form in the package.

6. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

7. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us at support@compuworld.me. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

8. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
